Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During holidays or peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
Shipping Carriers: We use USPS and UPS for reliable delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Area: We currently only ship bakery items within California.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Free Customer Pick Up: Email will be sent to set up pick up time and location.

🐾 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our dog treats, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of our products and want every pup (and human) to be happy.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Send us an email at [email protected] with your name, order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll do our best to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
